The hickory logs used in Beartooth Hickory Collection are from hickory logs with the bark left on to preserve the natural wood color and character. Solid hickory materials are used for all of the logs and paneling. To bring out the natural beauty of the wood, three different coats of finish are applied to the rustic hickory log pieces. Our drawer slides are sturdy, full-extending ball-bearing drawer slides. These ensure the drawers cannot just slide out but will catch to stay shut.
It took a little bit longer than anticipated to receive the frames, but it was well worth the wait. I love the unique look of the of the bedframes. They fit in well at my cabin in the woods.
