The solid wood futon frame is screwed and glued together using a thicker stronger wood not found on most futons. The Northern Exposure Log Full Futon comes standard with a clear catalyzed lacquer or may be left unfinished or upgraded to a honey pine finish. A black, innerspring futon mattress may be added.
