Our beautiful driftwood horses are handcrafted one at a time by talented wood artisans. The driftwood is teak - the same species of wood used on high-end boat decks and outdoor furniture because of its durability and weather-resistant properties. Insects also hate the natural oils in teak wood so they will naturally repel most insects.
Our driftwood horses capture the essence of these majestic creatures. The horse has been honored for centuries by artists through paint, sculpture and now wood. Our driftwood horses will look wonderful in a field or in a flower bed. You can let them age naturally - which over time they will turn a gray patina or you can put an outdoor finish on them making them any color you would like.

Many we have seen look odd because the scale is not correct or they are so abstract that it is difficult to determine what they are.
