How do I check my points?
You can check your points under My Account > My Reward Points.
When are points added?
Points are added to your account when your order is Complete. A completed order is an order that has been paid for, produced, and shipped.
Where can I redeem points?
Points earned on either Woodland Creek Furniture or Log Furniture Place can be redeemed on either website. Points cannot be redeemed at our retail locations.
Can I redeem points earned from an order on THAT order?
No. Points earned from an order can only be used on a future order.
