The artist did a beautiful job carving the raccoon; however, the back of the log used had a significant split. When I presented the hand carved raccoon log table lamp as a gift, my face turned beet red from embarrassment, when the recipient rotated the lamp and noticed where the log had separated.
It took a little bit longer than anticipated to receive the frames, but it was well worth the wait. I love the unique look of the of the bedframes. They fit in well at my cabin in the woods.
