All the logs are harvested from dead-standing lodgepole pine and are dried so there is no moisture in the logs. Rustic furniture is subject to the natural process of splitting or checking as the wood releases moisture, this does not compromise the strength of the furniture, it just adds to the character of the wood. The skip peel procedure leaves just enough color from the inner bark to give the appearance of natural texture and color contrast, giving each that rustic furniture appeal.  

Built with durability in mind, this barstool is constructed of solid pine wood using the time proven mortise and tenon joinery system.  Seat height is 30 inches, perfect for most bars and higher tables or just to sit at the breakfast bar.  For this rustic barstool you can choose from unfinished or clear finish to create your one of kind stool.
