Red River Rustic Reclaimed Tombstone Bed

This aged barnwood bed is created in the dual traditions of Taos.  Taos is a small town in the north-central region of New Mexico in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The cowhide Taos bed is made in the new tradition of the dessert artist, rawhide, and the new classic west.

Taos means "place of red willows" in the local Indian dialect. The "Red Willow" bed is made in the old tradition of the pueblo, of earth and most precious water.  In the desert seek the red willow for it only grows where there is water.
