Our dedicated craftsmen personally determine the best method of delivery for your order, ensuring that your furniture is handled with the utmost care and delivered safely to your home
Ground Orders
At Woodland Creek Furniture, many of our smaller items are eligible for Ground Shipping, offering a convenient and cost-effective delivery option. We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Ground shipping is typically used for items that don’t require special handling or freight services. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery from start to finish. Ground shipping ensures that your order is handled with care and delivered directly to your doorstep.
Delivery Methods
Curbside Liftgate:
Our standard Free Shipping. Your furniture will be shipped in a crate using a Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carrier. These shipments are delivered curbside and include a free lift gate service to facilitate safe and efficient loading and unloading.
White Glove Delivery:
Alternatively, you may choose White Glove, our signature blanket wrapped delivery, where items are carried into your home and assembled in your room of choice. This method is an upgraded delivery service and requires a quote. This method can take up to six weeks longer than curbside liftgate delivery.
