Hand crafted from century-old reclaimed planks, our barn wood furniture is distinguished by the rich and rustic character that captures a time of simplicity from years past. We are able to capture a unique and beautiful appearance through the natural and rugged character of the wood.  The style of this collection of furniture is simple and straightforward.  We allow our reclaimed pieces of furniture to tell their own individual story. Each piece of furnitur e is a one-of-a-kind piece of art with the patina and natural character marks made from old saws, nail holes, and abrasions made by some of the first settlers of this part of our country. Woodland Creek's is proud to reclaim wood from barns and historical structures.

By reclaiming this wood, we preserve the hard work and history associated with it while reducing the impact on our environment. The handles used on our case pieces are made of natural stained leather that are hammered into the wood with solid aged brass nails to create an even more rugged piece of furniture. Each piece in the Old Sawmill Collection has full solid wood drawer box sides and full extension ball bearing glides that are rated at one hundred pounds per drawer. We keep the natural look of the wood by using a low sheen catalyzed lacquer finish. Our reclaimed furniture will bring new life to a city loft or a mountain home.
