The hand-peeling process preserves the natural wood color and character of each log, ensuring a unique look for each bed. Mortise and tenons are used to construct this rustic log bed, ensuring sturdy, heirloom quality craftsmanship. The Aspen Lodge Log Bed is finished with a clear low sheen lacquer, giving it a very low gloss look that won't detract from the natural character and beauty of the Aspen logs. Each piece of furniture from the Aspen Lodge line is custom made so no two pieces will be the same and the log sizes may vary.
