The Aspen Mountain All-Purpose Stool is made from aspen logs harvested from sustainable forests in the Rocky Mountains. Environmentally friendly, all logs are harvested from dead-standing aspen trees. The aspen logs used to make the rustic log pub stool is hand peeled so as much of the natural beauty and character of the logs are left as much as possible.
The log stool is constructed using mortise and tenon construction and is then glued and screwed from added strength and longevity. The seat of the stool has three coats of hand-brushed polyurethane for maximum protection of the wood. The rest of the stool is hand rubbed with a beeswax and linseed oil combination.
