All the pieces in the Beaver Creek Aspen line are hand-crafted using dead-standing aspen wood, hand-hewn look joinery and a catalyzed lacquer finish. This aspen bar stool is available in light or dark aspen logs with a flat square seat design. A clear catalyzed lacquer finish is standard, but you can upgrade to a darker honey finish. Because it is solid wood, there will be natural variations and differences in coloration, texture, appearance and even size from piece to another. These variations along with checks, knots, warps, cracks and beetle holes add to the character of your piece making it truly a one of a kind piece of art!
