Our Rustic Hickory 2 Drawer Writing Desk is made from solid Hickory wood and logs. That's right, a solid wood top with log edging. When we say Real Log Furniture we mean it. This solid wood desk is a Woodland Creek's exclusive. The logs are left unpeeled to give a rustic, yet elegant natural look to the desk. To ensure Woodland Creek's quality, all of the wood and logs are kiln dried to a specific low moisture content.
Styled after a simple writing desk, our 2 drawer rustic hickory desk features two inset drawers for added beauty and quality. Add to the heirloom quality of your rustic desk by upgrading the drawers to dovetail drawers. To ensure smooth and silent operation the drawers glide on full extension ball-bearing glides rated at 100 pounds. Our real solid wood hickory desk is available in a clear finish, a honey finish, and a vintage whiskey finish. A liquid glass finish option is available for extra sheen and depth on your solid wood desk top.
