A: The shipping is free! The free freight shipment is explained as follows: Free Curbside Freight Delivery to Residence (You Unload) - This delivery method covers the basic essentials. The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and appointment window once your item(s) arrives at the local terminal. A truck, (18 wheeler) will pull up to the curb outside of your home within your appointment window. A truck of this size MUST be able to easily pull to the end of your driveway and be able to turn around or exit the area without trouble. From there, you will be responsible for unloading the crate(s) from the truck and any further transport beyond that point. We recommend asking family members or friends for an extra hand.

A: Hi Janice, the metal frame will typically bolt to the legs of the headboard. Some will hang the headboard on the wall and set the frame next to the headboard also.
It took a little bit longer than anticipated to receive the frames, but it was well worth the wait. I love the unique look of the of the bedframes. They fit in well at my cabin in the woods.
