This beautiful curved rustic bar with live edge slabs was designed at the request of a customer. The customer asked for a unique bar and then gave us the dimensions that would fit in their home. The artisans of Woodland Creek Furniture went to work first designing and then crafting a one-of-a-kind rustic bar. This bar features thick redwood slabs with live edges. Each wooden slab has incredible figure and inherent character.
The front side of the bar actually curves with the slab top. The curve is trimmed with a lighter colored molding. The curve lends a sense of modern to an otherwise rustic bar design. The equally thick live edge slab sides tie in with the thick top. The bar's back side was purposely left open for a refrigerator. Notice the lower slab shelf under the main counter top. The bartender will appreciate this lower work area as its height is much better for a standing person to mix drinks or prep food.
