A: Thank you for your interest. Yes, this table base is intended for use with standard dining height chairs. There is no top included with this listing.
It took a little bit longer than anticipated to receive the frames, but it was well worth the wait. I love the unique look of the of the bedframes. They fit in well at my cabin in the woods.
