This custom buffet & hutch is made from solid aspen logs. Designed to retain the natural beauty of the weathered timbers, each piece is hand-peeled and is a handcrafted piece of art. Then a clear catalyzed laquer is used to not only protect the wood, but to bring out the natural character and texture of the wood. Or you can upgrade to a honey finish, which will add a darker more aged look to the aspen logs. Choose from three different sizes; 2 bay, 3 bay, or 4 bay. All of the drawers on the hutch and the buffet feature flat distressed fronts and slide open with ease on full extension drawer glides. Choice of our standard light aspen or dark aspen logs. Add a more rustic look with extra character aspen logs, with more knots, gnarls, and elk chew, your rustic buffet & hutch will stand out, making a rugged statement, making a perfect fit in your kitchen.
It took a little bit longer than anticipated to receive the frames, but it was well worth the wait. I love the unique look of the of the bedframes. They fit in well at my cabin in the woods.
