Toilet paper holder can be mounted by removing the wood holders. Finish is applied after holder is assembled so you may have some resistance but they can be removed. Once removed you can mount with screws and than put the wood holders back in place.

I bought the toilet paper holder and the towel holder. They are wonderful but do not order the towel holder by measuring your towels’ width because they are large. I would recommend them completely!

So I went with the Towel bar as well, this was a great addition to my bathroom. I bought it for my own home and I love it, It was easy, to assemble. It's unique and a much higher quality product than anything I've bought at a "big box" store.
It took a little bit longer than anticipated to receive the frames, but it was well worth the wait. I love the unique look of the of the bedframes. They fit in well at my cabin in the woods.
